Step through the heavy wooden doors of Villa Surga One, and you will find yourself lost in a botanical oasis. The entrance to the villa is on the right, but stretching out in front of you is a lawn with mature trees and tropical flowers surrounded by high walls for complete privacy in the Uluwatu. Balinese statues and stone water features are scattered throughout the grounds, in front of the Joglo style archway. Brown cushions make the old wooden bench a comfortable place to admire the beauty before entering the first villa.

Upon entering the top floor of Villa Surga One, you’ll find a boutique-style library and lounge, making the most of the stunning panoramic ocean views. Take a breather in the ocean-facing master suites, then drop into the center of the villa, where majestic stairs lead up to the second floor with a fifth bedroom and guest bathroom. Cross an interior basin of cream-colored limestone and granite to find yourself in the lower living room with its chic lounge. The living room is complemented by a magnificent ten-seater dining table served by staff working from two kitchens.

The media room is on the left with a large comfortable sofa and a 70-inch (4K) flat screen, cable TV, and a sound system with streaming services like Netflix, Iflix, and Spotify. There’s also a gaming console and a small business center with a 21-inch iMac, laser printer, and scanner. Outdoor access is granted when you open the sliding glass door from the living room to step out into the courtyard to the dazzling infinity pool and limestone cliff tops of the Melasti area.
