The largest villa in the estate is Villa Khajuraho, featuring an air-conditioned double storey house with 4 bedrooms. Then, there are the 3-bedroom villas Villa Markisa and Villa Kayu Merah and the 2-bedroom villas Villa Kabutera and Villa Lalita.

In total, Akilea Estate houses 14 bedroom suites, perfect for big family getaways, special celebrations, events and retreats. The villas are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and pathways, home to mango trees, cashew trees, jackfruit trees and more lush tropical greenery and flowering plants, like a private Garden of Eden where you can wander around for hours, soaking up the peaceful ambience. Traditional thatched rooftops, lagoon-inspired swimming pools, luxurious day beds, alfresco and air-conditioned dining options, the good stuff just doesn’t end!

Safe Haven for You

Each villa has a private living and dining room, a kitchen and a garden with a pool. This means, plenty of places to chill out together but also more than enough space to enjoy some peace and quiet. With 5 swimming pools of which 2 have a shallow area for little kids to have some water fun, there is something for everyone. All living rooms, except the fully air-conditioned Villa Khajuraho, feature open-concept living spaces with high soaring ‘alang alang’ rooftops.

The kitchens are equipped with quality appliances from leading brands and every villa features comfy sofas to lounge on, TVs for entertainment and dining tables seating 6 to 12 people. Every villa has its own wifi router for the best internet in every room. Villa Khajuraho boasts a large outdoor terrace with a BBQ, perfect for garden parties. There is also a billiard table and an office space for your usage

Akilea Estate features no less than 14 bedrooms, scattered around the property. Each of these bedrooms is spacious, soaked in natural sunlight and equipped with AC for your comfort. The rooms are furnished with quality beds, televisions, wardrobe closets and every bedroom is adjoined by a luxurious en-suite bathroom where you can shower and/or enjoy a hot bath in a tropical environment.
