Niconico Mansion  – Modern Seminyak Villa

Located down a little lane in Petitenget, Seminyak. Niconico Mansion Seminyak is a brand new villa built on 1000m2 of land. It has 6 master bedrooms which offer a blend of Art, Eastern, and Western hospitality in an atmosphere of timeless exquisitely beyond comfortable and stylish rooms. Right at your doorstep lies a plethora of dining options, including the acclaimed Merah Putih. If you’re looking for something local, take a stroll down, and you’ll come across Warung Eropa or Warung Sulawesi that serve affordable (and delicious) local delights.

The villa offers guests a spacious private pool set amidst a luscious garden. The crystal clear waters are the perfect refuge. Niconico Mansion Seminyak offers a bed size is 2m x 2m, and all our rooms are equipped with conveniences like air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, and Wireless Internet connection. The Bathrooms feature a separate toilet and a shower. The dining area is directly connected to the luxury living area, sharing the funky urban design of the room. The vast glass dining table is big enough to host a party of ten.

Bedrooms at Villa NicoNico

Japanese

The Japanese room is inspired by a more minimalist design in black & white “colors.” The ensuite bathroom is more in earthy colors, with a large original Nico Ganze painting. All rooms have King Koil king-size beds.

Pop Art

The pop-art room, as the name might give away, is very colorful. A special feature is the London metro system lamp on the ceiling, with each subway stop being a light bulb. The bathroom is an open bathroom kept in a friendly yellow.

Romantic

The romantic room is located on the 2nd floor and is considered a more “ feminine room” with a four-poster bed and chandeliers. It takes one back to Victorian times. All rooms are equipped with a 42” Flat Screen TV, DVD, and 100 TV channels.

Colonial

Right next to the romantic room is the colonial room. This room has a huge terrace to one’s proposal with a staircase straight down to the swimming pool area and garden.

The old photographs on the room wall remind us of the stories that our great grandparents used to tell.

Chinese

The great nation of China inspires the Chinese Room. Out of all the eras this country has gone thru. Our designer picked the more recent communist era of China. With propaganda murals, it is definitely an experience to spend a night in this room.

Living Areas at Villa NicoNico

For sure you don’t get bored at the Niconico Mansion. We pride ourselves on having build not only an architecturally beautiful house but also with lots of activities.

Clearly, around the bar and doing open kitchen most of the socializing with a ping pong table next to it. On the 2nd floor, we have a pool table and an oversized hammock placed in a 3×5 meter void. It is looking up into a 4 meter high full carved Joglo. Even though this villa is in the heart of Seminyak with 5 min to the beach, it actually has a large garden.

Last but not least is our 13-meter long swimming pool, which certainly makes for great entertainment during the barbeque parties you will enjoy here.
