Welcome to Villa Ayana Manis, a beautiful colonial-style mansion that balances the influence of East and West and consists of two separate villas in the vibrant Seminyak. In the first pavilion, the main villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the guest villas have 3 more bedrooms to accommodate large groups of up to 14 adults and 4 children. The elegant and spacious interior draws you in with natural accents and creates a luxurious ambiance. The air-conditioned living room, surrounded by large sliding glass doors, opens onto the outdoor dining area, two swimming pools, and tropical gardens. The main villa also has a gym and a wine cellar.
After being completely renovated and opening in August 2022, Ayana Manis is ready to offer guests all the amenities of paradise. The villa is manned by a Villa Manager, Villa Attendant, Lifeguard, Gardener, Security Guard, and Private Chef upon request. No whimsy or imagination is required as our reliable team is at your service.

Villa Ayana Manis is the perfect combination of a 4-bedroom master villa and a 3-bedroom guest villa, with a swimming pool and a spacious outdoor area connecting the two. All bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds and feature first-class amenities such as air conditioning, blackout curtains, dressing table and chair, sockets near the bed, in-room safe or safe, hangers and wardrobes.
Master Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are on her 2nd floor of the main her villa and Bedroom 4 is more accessible on her 1st floor. Bedroom 5, also known as Master Bedroom 2, Bedroom 6, and Bedroom 7, are all located on the second floor of the guest villa. Each bedroom has a private bathroom (except Master Bedroom 1, which has her one vanity), a bidet, and an indoor rain shower for a chic resort feel.
