The dining and nightlife districts of Legian and Seminyak are just 15 minutes south of Villa Bougainvillea and about a 30-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Le Meridien Hotel and the famous Tanah Lot Temple are 15-minute drive north, as is the world-famous Nirwana Bali Golf Course designed by Greg Norman. The local beach, Pantai Pererenang (Echo Beach), is just a 5-minute drive from the villa and is especially popular with the outdoor dining scene and international surfers.

You can also experience Dutch Colonial/Balinese style decoration while spending your nights at Villa Bougainvillea. All furnishings are made from solid teak wood and most are carved Indonesian antiques. All pillows and cushions are handmade and come in eye-catching colors.

Each bedroom is decorated with beautiful Indonesian tie-dye hangings, masks, and other indigenous artwork on the walls. Each of three air-conditioned separate bedroom pavilions is a short walk through the villa grounds and features a king-size bedroom, balcony overlooking the gardens, spacious bathroom, and a private courtyard. The 4th bedroom is located on the mezzanine level above the TV room/library, all rooms have TVs, and DVD players and are fully connected to WiFi.
