Staying in a traditional wooden house really adds a wonderfully warm, soulful, and tropical feel to your holiday home. The architectural design of Villa De Ho was inspired by the ancient wooden Joglo houses descendent from Java island in Indonesia. The high soaring rooftop, supported by four wooden pillars in the center of the house, is a signature feature of the Joglo, and it comes with a large and breezy veranda to sit together, enjoying the view of the garden and pool. Inside, the villa is furnished tastefully with a matching wooden interior design and traditional artwork and sculptures. Guests also get to enjoy modern comforts while staying at this traditional villa.
There is air-conditioning, making it a nice and cool escape from the tropical heat outside. The sofa lounge corner faces a flat-screen satellite TV to provide entertainment for the whole family, and there is a fully equipped western kitchen. A 6-seater teak timber dining table is placed in the center of the Joglo. An impressive rattan designer’s lamp hangs from the high soaring ceiling, creating the perfect ambiance for an intimate in-villa family dinner. The sunny tropical garden features a 10-meter natural tiled swimming pool fringed by all kinds of tropical greenery and palm trees. Timber sun-loungers tucked with comfy blue mattresses are placed by the poolside for sunbathing. A big parasol provides shades for those wanting to read or take a daytime nap. The veranda makes a nice place to sit together, enjoying some snacks and drinks, watching the kids play in the pool.
The three bedrooms of Villa Du Ho are all equally peaceful and restful. Timber walls, high soaring rooftops, and warm earthy color palettes rule these bungalows, and they are topped off with air-conditioning. The queen-size beds are accompanied by beautiful Moroccan-style lamps on both sides, the perfect light for reading a book in the evening before sleep. Behind the bed, there are wardrobe closets equipped with a safety deposit box to store your valuables. Each room also features a private en-suite bathroom fitted with a monsoon shower, toilet, and washbasin with bathroom amenities.
In the morning, all the guests get to wake up to the lovely view of the garden and pool.
