The open-plan living room, overlooking the property’s central swimming pool, forms the villa’s social hub. It is located in a two-story pavilion and features multiple seating areas allowing groups to engage in side-by-side conversations. Up one flight of stairs, the pavilion houses his air-conditioned first-floor meeting room, with glass doors offering sea views. One function room can be used as a fitness center or office. Guests can dine in a separate gazebo in the open garden overlooking the pool. The fully equipped kitchen is located on the lower level of the living pavilion with a rear exit for easy access to the dining area.
