Service and Facilities

• 10 adults, 5 kids. (5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 4 with king-size beds and 1 with a queen-size bed).
• The alluring saltwater pool of Villa Kimaya is large (16×4 m) and offers a deep-end of 2.4m.
• Two living rooms: indoor dining room seats 8 next to the indoor kitchen, outdoor dining area seats 12 next to an outdoor kitchen with woodfired pizza oven & BBQ.
• You can continue your fitness regime while on holiday. The villa is equipped with a boxing punching bag, boxing gloves, exercise bench, free weights, 2 yoga mats, resistance bands, ab roller and stretch roller.
• Indoor and outdoor. Facilities include 2 fridges, ice maker, 2 drinking water stations, oven, grill, stoves, microwave, rice cooker, coffee machines (1 Nespresso), juicer, blender, chinaware, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils.
• Villa Kimaya is a haven for families with children. Baby cot, 2 baby high chairs, baby car seat, detachable childproof pool fence, toy boxes by age and an outdoor playground are all available.
• Adjacent to the indoor kitchen is the media room with a 65” TV, a 15-seat sofa surrounded by interchangeable backlit movie posters, with an ensuite powder room.
• There is ample parking space at Villa Kimaya. It can accommodate 3 cars and multiple scooters.
• CCTV, exterior glass fence, a piano, in-bedroom safes and hair dryers, high-speed Wi-Fi, villa-wide surround sound speakers, and a genset.
