Villa Kumuda is a two-story holiday residence that balances contemporary and traditional as well as urban and rustic design elements. The interiors are outfitted with ornate weathered wood furnishings adorned with tonal patterns and Asian and Oriental illustrations, complemented by native artwork and figurines. Bedrooms
The villa has 3 bedrooms. The innovatively designed master bedroom is located on the ground floor and runs parallel to the pool. This bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The master bedroom faces the edge of the swimming pool. The upper floor of the villa further has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. These bedrooms open onto a shared balcony and a baled roof terrace with a semi-circular daybed. Overlooking the swimming pool, gardens, and surrounding rice terraces, the roof terrace is perfect for a refreshing cocktail party, especially at sunset.
Outdoor Areas
The property’s manicured exterior is divided almost evenly between manicured lawn gardens and a swimming pool. Lose yourself in the inviting, crystal-clear waters and walk or splash playfully without a second thought. On the water, relax on a cushioned wicker pool bed partially covered by a large parasol on the poolside wooden deck
Indoor Areas
The villa’s airy, semi-open-plan first floor (perpendicular to the swimming pool) features a living area with upholstered wooden benches and a wall-mounted wide-screen TV. Here everyone can gather for the next installment of the hottest new hit series. Or for reruns of your favorite classic movies. Directly behind the bench is the dining area. A six-seat solid wood table invites guests to enjoy authentic Balinese and international cuisine freshly prepared by the resident chef in the fully equipped modern kitchen adjacent to the dining table.
