The five bedrooms villa is simply phenomenal. The stylish contemporary architecture of The Villa Palm House has been designed to sprawl the expanse of the land, with the 40-meter infinity pool taking center stage. To complete the perfect setting, all corners are fringed with namesake palm trees. The sleek, designer interiors in muted shades of grey and stone are punctuated with emerald green living walls which, when combined with the industrial feel accessories, seamlessly set the tone of this villa’s edgy look.
From every corner, the view is spectacular; terraced rice paddies, coconut groves, and lush plantations. Outdoor entertaining is designed for celebrity parties, with a sunken open-air living room bordered by a large stone fire pit, a Jacuzzi, and a bar where you’re dedicated in-villa barman will whip up sunset cocktails.
Feast daily on gourmet meals prepared by your private chef and indulge in the care and detailed attention of the full complement of professional staff. The Villa Palm House offers a myriad of family-friendly features, too, including a morning-shaded shallow end of the pool designed especially for kids, toys, and games, a billiard table, a fully air-conditioned gym, and 200 meters of flat lawn to play upon. Groups will delight in the masses of privacy afforded by multiple living rooms and entertainment areas with five ensuite bedrooms designed for total luxury and bunk and split twin designs offering the option to accommodate even more.
Located on the border of the beautiful village of Pererenan in Bali’s hippest new Canggu district, The Villa Palm House is ideal, be it for a wedding or celebration, a family get-together, or a group of friends. Guests can enjoy a night out in Bali’s world-class restaurants or shop in the trend-setting boutiques of Seminyak. The ever-evolving Canggu scene of hip cafes and beach bars is a stone’s throw from the villa along with the renowned surf break at Echo Beach.
The Villa Palm House has five en-suite bedrooms enveloped in air-conditioned comfort. Each room has large picture windows that frame the tropical green views, along with a terrace or balcony. All five rooms are similar and have flexibly configured beds offering both twin and king options. We also have luxury rollaway beds that can add upon request. For larger groups, we can convert the gym and office to a sixth and seventh bedroom.
The designs of the bedrooms are understated luxury – softly muted colors mixed with antique woods. Unique pieces of antiques and artwork adorn the walls. The wardrobes are walk-in, and the bathrooms feature a mix of marble and teak wood, an oversized freestanding bathtub, and spacious shower stalls, except the Children’s room, where there is a double head massive shower in the space of the tub.
The mattresses are hotel-grade, thick and luxurious, wrapped in Egyptian cotton bedding. A comfortable sitting area is furnished with a custom-made sofa and desk. Sheer curtains ensure total privacy while enjoying the light, but every bedroom is equipped with black-out curtains for those who want to sleep in.
Children
The children’s room has 4 single beds built into the wall – these beds can hold both children and adults comfortably. We would prepare the room for children’s occupancy with a small table and chairs, arts and craft supplies, toys, books, and DVDs. The room also features a lovely reading swing, perfect for looking out onto the tropical views.
The outdoor lounge and dining room on the ground floor open seamlessly onto the manicured grass lawn with an expansive infinity pool and jungle views. This formal dining area seats 12 guests.
The entertainment room is just off of the main stairway and houses 2 oversized modular sofas with plenty of pillows to go around. This is a perfect place to wind down in the air conditioning while watching your favorite movie or playing from our selection of board games.
The enclosed lounge and dining room directly off the Chef’s kitchen is the heart of the villa. With a dining table for 12 guests where breakfast is normally served, and a superbly comfortable lounge sofa for taking in the sights at the Palm House, many of our guests end up spending most of their time in this part of the house.
There is a sunken living room flanked by the jacuzzi and a large stone fire pit – great for cocktails and casual dining nights. This space, which has a lovely breeze at night, has a large built-in barbecue, sink and fridge alongside a bench-style cocktail bar.
