Sited on one fifty ares of land or 2400 m2, Villa Salema has four bedrooms with two swimming pools and a variety of living spaces. The property includes a  main building with two bedrooms, and two separate guesthouses containing large Ocean bedrooms with an en suite bathroom. The dining area is located inside the main building or open-air fronting on the beach. The five-star service is enhanced only by the stunning views of the Bali Strait and the glistening black-sand beach just beyond the garden wall. The main building (140 m² or 1500 Ft²) includes 2 double bedrooms (one with 2 beds) with spacious bathrooms; one room with a beautiful view on the sea, across from the garden and the front swimming pool. The second room has direct access to the back swimming pool. A double living and dining area with a double view (Sea and front swimming pool, as well as back swimming pool with salted water.

Two separate guest houses are situated off to each side of the property. Closer to the beach than the main building, it features one other air-conditioned bedroom, both with large windows offering panoramic views, and its own terrace. The bathroom is spacious boasting both indoor and outdoor showers, double sink unit and a large terrazzo bath.
