Villa Yamuna is a hidden jewel tucked away at the end of the Karang Saujana Villas Estate. A stunning infinity pool and mature tropical garden make this four-bedroom villa feel like a haven of escape on Bali’s stunning coastline. High-quality interiors complement sweeping views of the ocean outside. The villa has a stunning kitchen, a fully equipped media room, and several lounge areas to host up to eight guests in this two-story luxury holiday destination. Friendly and professional Balinese locals staff villa Yamuna. At your service, you’ll have a butler, daily housekeeping, pool maintenance, and even a gardener to keep everything looking posh.
You can easily request a driver, a nanny, or even a spa therapist at an extra charge. In Bali, anything is possible, so don’t hesitate to put up your feet, kick back and enjoy your tropical holiday. Located in the unspoiled neighborhood of Pandawa Beach Uluwatu area in the southern Bukit peninsula, this villa provides a flavor of forgotten Bali. Sometimes called Secret Beach because it is hidden in a curve of the limestone cliffs, this is a little-visited and idyllically undeveloped area. The Karang Saujana Estate is located at the end of a snaking road, atop of the crags, and provides an atmosphere of unrivaled serenity.
You’ll find two elegant bedrooms running alongside the pool in the left-wing off the main upstairs living area. The master is a glass-doored corner room looking out over the pool and the ocean on the other. It’s dressed in shades of grey and deep, regal red. A couch sits at the foot of the king-sized bed, and the ensuite is everything you could imagine, with plenty of storage, a rainfall shower, and a bath to soak away the evenings by candlelight.
A twin room sits next door to the master. It’s peppy in mint green and gold with its own ensuite and plenty of natural light. Downstairs another identical wing hosts a twin room set up for complete comfort with an ensuite, a desk, and cable television. Shades of chocolate and caramel give it distinctly masculine energy. Walk further down the hall to find the largest twin bedroom, which is garden facing, decked out with all the goodies glass-fronted so you can open the doors to enjoy the breeze or take advantage of the villa wide air-conditioning.
Based at the estate’s bottom, the entryway opens onto a sizeable marble-floored dining room in tones of cream and grey. Plush lounge suites are arranged to take the view under high ceilings that soar to an apex above you. The outdoor terrace is a glass-paneled, sun-drenched extension of luxury that stretches out towards the blue ocean. Loungers and an outdoor table are scattered around the balcony, but the sparkling blue infinity pool is the main focus.
The media room is on the same floor as the villa, with an ensuite bathroom and walls lined with couches to relax while you close the blinds, put on your favorite movie, and escape the world. Downstairs is where the main living area stretches out with a top-notch European-designed kitchen, a thick wooden dining table, and yet more couches to keep you comfortable in the crisp air-conditioning. Hanging lamps and high-quality fabrics make this place feel like home, and a gorgeous gilt-framed gives you a sense of endless space.
Head outside to wander in the mature tropical garden. It’s paved beautifully, so you can walk right to the edge of the property or stay close to the living area to catch some sun on the loungers. Water from the pool cascades down a tiled wall giving you a sense of peace, and clay pots are inlaid into the high walls of the property that guarantee your privacy.
